Terms of Service

These Terms are the agreement between you and HotSnap. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use HotSnap. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, and not be barred from using the service under the laws of your country. HotSnap is an adults-only space, and we may remove any account we believe belongs to a minor.

The Service

HotSnap provides anonymous, temporary conversations with strangers. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular match, or any specific outcome from a conversation. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Acceptable Use

Do not use HotSnap to harass, impersonate, exploit, coerce, or harm anyone. Do not share illegal content, solicit illegal activity, reveal others' personal information (doxxing), send spam, run bots or automation, or scrape the service. Anonymous does not mean lawless. These rules are detailed further in our Community Guidelines, and breaking them can lead to restriction or removal.

User Content

You are responsible for everything you send and upload, including private photos. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant HotSnap the limited license needed to store it and deliver it to your chat partner as part of the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. We may review, remove, or block content that violates these Terms or our Guidelines.

VIP & Subscriptions

HotSnap offers paid VIP tiers and features. Prices and what each plan unlocks are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Termination

You can stop using HotSnap and delete your account at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, our Guidelines, or applicable law, or to protect the safety of others. If we terminate an account for violations, any unused paid time may be forfeited, as described in the Refund Policy.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

HotSnap is not responsible for the conduct of other users or the content they share, and we cannot verify the identity of any participant. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of HotSnap after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
