Community Guidelines
HotSnap thrives on honest, respectful anonymity. These guidelines keep the space electric — not toxic. They apply to every conversation, message, and photo, and they sit alongside our Terms. Breaking them can cost you your access.
Respect Everyone
Treat every stranger with basic human dignity. Harassment, hate speech, slurs, bullying, stalking, or threats of any kind will result in immediate removal. Disagreement is fine; cruelty is not.
Consent & Boundaries
Everyone has the right to leave a conversation at any time, without explanation. Do not pressure anyone for personal information, photos, contact details, or anything they've declined. “No” and silence both mean stop.
Keep It Legal
Do not share illegal content, solicit illegal activities, or attempt to exploit, scam, or harm others. Anonymous does not mean lawless — local laws still apply to what you do here.
No Sexual Exploitation or Minors
HotSnap is strictly for adults 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for any sexualized content involving minors. Child sexual abuse material and attempts to involve or solicit minors are reported to the appropriate authorities and result in a permanent ban. Non-consensual sexual content is also prohibited.
Protect Privacy
Do not share others' personal information or try to unmask who you're talking to. Respect the anonymity of your chat partner — it's the foundation of what we built.
Share Photos Responsibly
Only send photos you have the right to share and are comfortable sharing. Never record, screenshot, save, or redistribute a partner's private photos outside your conversation. Sharing someone's images without consent is a serious violation.
No Spam or Bots
Automated messages, promotional spam, links to scams, and bot-assisted chatting are strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban. Talk to people, not at them.
Reporting
If someone breaks these rules or makes you feel unsafe, leave the chat and report it through our contact form with as much detail as you can. We review reports and act on violations.
Violations may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions, and serious abuse may be reported to authorities. We reserve the right to update these guidelines at any time.
